These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services available through https://luvynqo.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by HONG KONG CLOUD NEXUS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, ALONG WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY NOTICE AND OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.
GENERAL
These Terms of Purchase have been executed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You represent that you are:
- At least 18 years of age;
- Of legal age to form a binding contract;
- Not a person barred from receiving services under any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
You shall purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations collectively referred to as “Laws.”
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws with respect to your purchase, including all applicable laws in the jurisdiction to which any products are shipped.
All calls, emails, text messages, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded or retained for quality assurance, customer service, security, and business purposes.

PURCHASES
Order Processing
The Company may, in its sole discretion, choose not to process or may cancel your order in certain circumstances.
This may occur, for example, when:
The product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock;
The product or service has been mispriced;
We suspect the order or request is fraudulent;
Payment authorization cannot be verified;
Shipping information is incomplete or inaccurate;
Or in other circumstances the Company deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
The Company also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity before processing your order.
The Company will either not charge you or will refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to:
- Revoke any stated offer;
- Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;
- Make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions, specifications, or other information without obligation to issue notice of such changes, including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped, or received, except where prohibited by law.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
The Company attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites.
However, the Company does not warrant that the descriptions, images, colors, specifications, pricing, availability, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, device display, or photography environment.
If a product or service offered on the Company Sites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item as specified in these Terms of Purchase and our Return & Refund Policy.
The Company Sites may offer a quick view or similar feature for various products. This feature allows you to view basic price or product information and add the product to your cart without opening the full product page.
The quick view feature and “add to cart” feature are offered for your convenience only. The product page is where you will find more detailed information about a product, including features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
PRICING INFORMATION
The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Company Sites.
However, pricing errors may occur.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error.

In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price, sale price, promotion, discount, shipping fee, or other charge.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice unless otherwise required by law.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Company Sites may contain information regarding the availability of merchandise.
This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped soon after you place your order. However, availability is not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery to your destination address is generally expected to be within 30 days or less after successful payment, depending on your location, product availability, warehouse stock, logistics carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will ship immediately, as inventory can change significantly from day to day.
In rare cases, a product or service may be in stock when a customer places an order but may become unavailable by the time the Company attempts to process the order.
Should this happen, the Company will notify you by email.
If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the unavailable item may be cancelled from your order. The Company will notify you by email and may remove or update the item on the Company Sites.
SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS AND OBLIGATIONS
In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use, products and services purchased through the Site:
- May not include any manufacturer warranties, even if a certain product or service is available elsewhere with one;
- May not include any service or support options beyond those provided by Luvynqo;
- May not have product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings in your native language or in certain destination country languages;
- May not be designed in accordance with your jurisdiction’s standards, specifications, voltage requirements, labeling requirements, or product regulations;
- May require the use of an adapter, converter, or other compatible accessory depending on your country or region.
It is your responsibility to research the product before purchase to ensure that it meets your needs and can be lawfully imported, used, or installed in your jurisdiction.
By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring the purchased product is suitable for your intended use and complies with local laws and regulations.
TAXES
These Terms of Purchase and any separate agreements whereby we provide products or services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges levied by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped.
These may include, but are not limited to:
Sales tax;
Use tax;
Value-added tax;
Goods and services tax;
Import duties;
Customs clearance fees;
Tariffs or other government charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties, taxes, and local import charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be collected by your local customs authority, courier, or government agency.
Luvynqo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local inspections, or unpaid import charges.
